When carrying out this work experience I maintained a clean, safe classroom environment by performing regular organisation and cleaning tasks. I also, facilitated group activities during lessons which promoted team-work amongst students. I provided friendly, enthusiastic support to pupils in individual and group support settings. Overall, I really enjoyed taking on the role as a teaching assistant as it taught me how to better and make my my communication skills more effective with adults and children.
