Interests

I am renovating my first purchased home and teaching myself new skills along the way (thanks to YouTube). When I was younger, I undertook musical theatre training at Pineapple Performing Arts School in London and I still enjoy taking part in amateur theatre and vocal performances occasionally. I also like to get my brain working by doing escape rooms and solving case files. Despite having a fear of flying, I've developed an interest in aviation and recently went from flying on a simulator to flying a real plane.

Academic Achievement

Poster presentation at American Psychological Association’s 124th Annual Convention, Denver: 'Individual Personality Differences and Preferred Modes of Meditation for Developing Mindfulness'
