  • Deliver end-to-end HR, payroll, and POS integrations across enterprise environments, partnering with vendors including Workday, Paylocity, iSolved, Paycor, and ProLiant, as well as POS platforms such as Xenial and NCR.   • Within the first 3 months I designed a road map for HR systems improvement and implementation for the next 24 months. Working as the project manager and the business case owner, I successful delivered the first phase of the project which includes the following:
  • Activation of the licence key for web reports (RRS) which was not used but had been paid for, this gave both HR colleagues and mangers real time access to newly created dashboards and reports via ResourceLink and MyView saving operation time and giving value for money.
  • Activation of the licence key for the configuration of ResourceLink and MyView organisational charts. This helped to engage Tate colleagues and gave them access to line management report and contact data that fed into Tate-net.
  • Activation of the licence key for the configuration of ResourceLink gender pay gap report (GPG). This helped to automate the process, allowing GPG to be ran in few clicks.
  • MyView branding setup and deployment, using code editor to rebrand Tate MyView with Tate logo and colours for a greater employee experience. This helped to increase employee engagement and increased the use of self-service, freeing up time for HR operations colleagues.
  • Configuration and implementation of the managers reports module in MyView. This has been one of the most welcomed modules in Tate by managers as it helped with annual leave and sickness issues given real time and timely access to data.
  • The configuration and release of the sickness notification module was another successful and long-awaited module as colleagues were manually completing forms and sending them to HR Operations for manual inputting to ResourceLink.
  • Workflow to integrate HR and payroll processes, including line manager changes, create new post, cost centre changes and create employee workflows etc were another very important improvement for business continuity reasons.
  • The next phase which was completed in March 2022 had a lot of process improvements and modules released including the attendance module for casual time sheets, the establishment control project, and the power BI configuration project with IT amongst others.

  • The designated Systems Administrator for Tate’s key HR systems, ResourceLink (HR/Payroll), Engage (Applicant Tracking System) and Kallidus (Learning Management System), and ensuring these systems are set up to meet Tate’s needs in terms of the processing, storing and retrieval of HR related data.
  • Advise on ways to improve the setup of ResourceLink, Engage and Kallidus to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the work of the HR team and the services provided to users internally and externally.
  • Lead on Project management system improvements to ensure that any changes are fully tested before they are implemented and that they are fully documented and embedded into existing processes.
  • Working with Tate’s Technology department to manage upgrade processes.
  • Streamline workflows to create efficiencies and be proactive in identifying ways to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Human Resources service.
  • Support the review process of systems and procurement and retendering processes as required.
  • Responsible for the setting up and maintaining of a comprehensive sets of statutory reports to meet the needs of the Human Resources and Finance teams at Tate. For example Gender and Ethnicity pay gap and DNI reports
  • Proactively looking for opportunities to use the data held in our HR Systems to support decision-making and improve the overall effectiveness of the work of the Human Resources team.
  • Working with Tate’s Finance department to ensure that an accurate record of Tate’s staffing establishment is maintained on ResourceLink.
  • Participate in regular service review meetings with Zellis, People Solutions and Kallidus and be the main point of contact between these software providers and Tate for system related matters.
  • Work with Tate’s Pension Provider (MyCSP) and payroll provider (Zellis) to ensure that data relating to pensions is transferred accurately monthly to the Civil Service Pension Scheme database (Compendia).

  • Within 6 months I rebranded the HR relationship with my clients and built credibility enough to influence management decisions and establish an effective HR management information Partnership. I also led (e.g. User Acceptance Testing) in key stages in the development and implementation of the 2018/19 HR visiting lecture system that integrated our payroll system (ResourceLink) and the Visiting lecture payment system VT2000.
  • I designed and facilitated bespoke workshops for my business areas to enable them embed new VT2000 system into their ways of working which improved employee effectiveness, data reporting and accurate payment of all staffs.
  • I coached departmental administrators and managers through business development changes made to increase organisational effectiveness which reduced financial risks and saved processing time
  • During an organisational restructure I contributed to the design of the new personnel hierarchy, communicating with Business Partners, IT and management to ensure the proposed structures are updated on our HR systems accurately.
