I am a highly motivated and dedicated to providing faultless poise and professionalism in diverse Nurse over 16years’ experience in effective and efficient working in busy outpatient department in a private sector. Providing Outstanding level of care. I assist in various clinics including pre-assessment, cosmetics, Dermatology, Breast care, General surgery, trauma and orthopedics, vascular, gynecologic, ophthalmology and wound care. I also hold the role of link nurse for the OPD for the last 9 years. Part of link role is regular environmental and hand wash audits which are submitted to the local NHS trust cross infection team. First 3 years I worked as a pre-assessment nurse, telephone assessment carrying out tests for investigations, performing ECG, taking blood, peak flow, and mallampati score and to liaise with the healthcare professionals for planned surgical procedures. Treat wounds, change dressings, remove sutures, remove plasters and administer medications. Solid understanding of the concepts of the infection control principles to prevent the spread of infection to patients. Taking responsibility for the department in the absence of senior staff.
