Complete responsibility of ETC of project and progress reporting

• Maintain all HSEQ requirements on sites during project execution
• Manage all site-related documents, Quality inspections and safety inspection and audits
• Co-ordinating with commercial team for Invoicing and with logistic team for dispatch of goods
• Co-ordinating with service team for installation, testing and commissioning at site
• Owning end project deliverables during Project Development phase, in particular business case success measures including time, cost, scope & quality whilst acting as PSDP for this phase of project.
• Developing Project Brief as set out by Network Assets and/or EirGrid into viable Project Management Plan ready to transition from Project Development to Project Delivery stage
• Delivering for approval Conceptual Physical Designs, Scope of Works, Project Costs and Project Management Plans to agreed target timelines
• For EPC and D&B projects, aid development of In & Out Of Scope, Interface Schedule and other relevant documents, in conjunction with Project Delivery team and support procurement process for project
• Manage overall project deliverables for all stakeholders, coordinating inputs with relevant stakeholders at project development stage.

• Participate and track day to day site progress and ensures project maintains schedule and provide solutions to make up lost times as required
• Manage project expenses to ensures project is delivered within budget
• Provide detailed project status reports, performance data and assist in presentations as required by the stakeholders and management
• Prepare, review, issue RFIs, RFPs, etc

• Review, evaluate and recommend subcontractor feedback and proposals (in all fields of scope of works)

  Transmission Package Project TP-1000
  Transmission package scope includes the addition of 1000 MVA in KE Transmission System. TP-1000 Mega project consists of 7 Nos new substations and 12 Nos extensions in both 220 kV and 132 kV substations including AIS , HIS, and GIS equipment
  
  132 kV / 11 kV Landhi, KEPZ, Old Port Qasim, and BOC Substation
  
  Design phase coordination with manufacturer, designer, and client approval of all the Substation equipment.
  Extension of AIS bay with 40 MVA Siemens Wuhan Power Transformer, Complete ETC works including bays equipment, MV Switchgears, 11 kV Auxiliary Transformer, and 2 x 4 MVAR Capacitor bank with the auxiliary system of AC & DC panels, 220 V and 48 V battery banks. SCADA and Telecom System interfacing with control and protection system.
  
  DHA Extension Projects
  
  Extension of 3 Nos AIS, 40 MVA Power Transformer bays for Siemens Wuhan. Complete ETC works including bays equipment, MV Switchgears,2 x 4 MVAR Capacitor bank with auxiliary system of AC & DC panels, SCADA, and Telecom System interfacing with control and protection system.
  
  GIZRI and Naveena 132 kV UGC Transmission Line Project
  
  Extension of 132 kV Line bays including ETC of UGC laying and termination. Complete ETC works including bays equipment with the auxiliary system of AC & DC panels, SCADA, and Telecom System interfacing with control and protection system.
  
  50 MWp Gharo Solar Power Plant
  
  Complete involvement in construction and ETC of the Gharo Solar Project. 5 Nos bays of 132 kV Siemens GIS, 2 Nos x 40 MVA Siemens Wuhan Power Transformers, 22 kV MV Switcgears, RMUs, Inverters. Inverter transformers, PV plates, AC & DC auxiliary system including Telecom, SCADA, and SAS system with control and protection system.

  Complete involvement in ETC of 250 MVA, 220 /132/11 kV Auto Transformer including outdoor busbar system and auxiliary system (220 V and 110 V battery banks) with control and protection system.

Dhabeji Project 220 /132 kV /11 kV

Starting from scratch after the tender. Manufacturer selection and budgeting, involvement in procurement, contract of the Subcontractors, and design approvals.
Design coordination with the manufacturer, design department, and client approvals.
Complete ETC of 7 Nos bays of 220 kV Siemens GIS (8DN9) and 8 Nos bays of 132 kV Siemens GIS (8DN8), TBEA Auto Transformers, Siemens Wuhan Power Transformer, Siemens Nx-Air MV Switchgear, AC and DC system, battery banks, 2 Nos 132 kV UG TBEA cables transmission line with AIS bay equipment,220 and 132 kV Control and Protection system including Telecom, SCADA and SAS system.

• Completed installation/commissioning of textile machine, i.e., dryer, washer, laser, etc., while efficiently configuring inverters as per machine requirement, i.e., Siemens, Allen Bradley, Delta, Danfoss, Alpha etc
• Planned & executed of scheduled maintenance of machines & allied equipment
• Installed air compressor up to 90 kW i.e., Atlas Copco, CompAir etc., while handling automation of coal fired boiler up to 20 Ton
• Oversaw maintenance & operations of coal fired boiler, as well as worked on transmitter, level switches temperature controller, pressure
