As a huge car enthusiast, Iv always worked on my car whether that's regular services/maintenance to even modifications.

- Tools I'm familiar with and regularly use, Spanners, ratchets, jacks, power drills, special ratchets.

- Some of the work include, replacing tyres, suspension, shock absorbers. Some modifications include fitting of a high pressure fuel pump, cold air inductions, replacing exhausts to even coding/tuning my cars ECU.

• In university Iv completed a total of 34 modules over my 4 years studying. From basic fundamentals in maths, physics and engineering to advanced level modules including, materials engineering, to computational and mathematical modelling, fluid dynamics, subsonic aerodynamics and wings, flight dynamics , aircraft structures.
• In my final year of university, I was able to collaborate in a team and ultimately design the most aerodynamic, strongest and fuel efficient aircraft model. Demonstrating leadership within my group and coming up with creative design models to achieve this, all resulting in a high pass mark.

• Managed and leading a team successfully for a business that makes £1.8m+ per week.
• Hitting quarterly KPI’s through effective planning. Smashing sales, waste, shrink making our store up 3% from last year this quarter.
• Maintained smooth-running business operations by delegating priorities to staff abilities.

• Over my time working in Sainsburys as a colleague, once I had made a decision to step up, I quickly learnt everything needed to become a manager, whilst also having learnt most of the things naturally over my time working
• I started as a normal customer experience manager as I absolutely love meeting new people as well as helping and providing the best customer service and satisfaction as possible
• Becoming a nightshift manager has also allowed me to develop on my key skills and gaining more experience in other areas of departments
• Weirdly I do enjoy working as a night shift manager as it is extremely fast paced and one day is never the same, new challenges which require on the spot thinking and decisions which have to be extremely efficient
• Scheduled night staff and coordinated workflow to foster adequate shift coverage and seamless operations.
• Performed concise and accurate handovers to day manager at end of shift.
• Led employees during night shifts to deliver outstanding customer service and comply with quality standards.
