- Current Project : Working with leading Education Test provider ( ETS - Educational Testing Service) that provides tests for SAT , GRE , TOEFL , TOEIC , Teacher licensing tests - PRAXIS ,Georgia
- I have worked closely with the business process owners and stake holders which includes gathering requirements for releases, defining scope of the release, document the high level business process , prepare functional specifications documents based on business requirement, user documentation and scripts for functional usability testing and system training.
- I have good exposure to leading test teams ( onshore / Offshore model), being the Subject matter expect in applications that I have worked on , being the technical lead and supporting application deployment and engaged in PPV( post production validation.) I am also involved in coordinating the internal team and being the primary liaison between business and technology group.
- Project : Institutional Portal (IP) - Institutional Users access this ets application to view candidate scores. They also will be using this portal for searching candidates (Search service)that can be absorbed for studies in these schools.
- Project : Electronic Registration(eReg) - On-boarding GRE - Portal where candidate , ETS rep can come in create profiles for test takers , register for a test , cancel , reschedule , view scores.
- Project : 'Response Analysis' and follows Agile model , where both written and voice responses (accession numbers ) from candidates are accessed and analyzed with one another to ensure candidates worked independently ( Fraud detection ).
- In this project I have been able to successfully lead a team of 5-6 test members ( including embedded testing , BSA) as part of RA 3.0 and 3.1 As Part of another Water Fall project called 'Genasys' I have been able to prepare use case diagrams and process flow diagrams , review with internal team and then post it on share point -maintain versions .I am involved in preparing test cases, reviewing test plans and test scripts developed by testing team to ensure requirements are covered as part of system testing.
- In this project , statistics are generated for test assembly platforms like IBIS ( Item Banking system) and TP2 .Based on request sent and generated by GENASYS client application ( front end ) which is based on power builder , the backend server ( Fortran) generates statistics and makes it available to test planning and assembly platforms.
- I am well versed in using most of the QA tools like HP QC, QTP, Jira bug tracker, Silk central.
- I can create application prototypes and screen mocks and have experience using MS Visio,Office,Microsoft word , Excel , power point.
- I am also comfortable in data analysis using various tools and writing SQL queries against various databases including Oracle I am quick and open to learning new skills and working with new technologies and tools.I have worked with several large teams which gives me a good understanding of collaborating and communicating between various users which includes both client and senior management.

- My prior project: From May 2010 until Feb 2013 - I worked as HP Quality Center Site administrator for life sciences client - Bristol Mayor Squibb [BMS].Here I got abundant exposure to being a functional and Technical lead in several upgrades and releases of quality center testing tool as an administrator.
- This role involved a lot of challenges being the onshore lead and the only Subject matter expert on this tool and I have successfully able to collaborate with various stake holders and coordinate and deliver 4 releases of upgrading the tool and ensuring the integration enhancements follow BMS standards.
- Offshore testing team was a 7 member team.
- The tools was exclusively used worldwide by about 3000 users ( both research scientists and validation specialist ) to validate and document their requirements , testing details etc.I have also being able to work closely with the Engineering team to coordinate , test and implement the code changes.
- The role involved working and communicating ( both in-person and email ) closely the challenges encountered by users to stakeholders , business owners that included Directors and Vice Presidents.
- Began my career with Accenture for a Content Distribution project at AT@T from March 2008 until Nov 2009.In this project I worked with the server support team which gave me a good learning experience with Unix commands , understanding shell scripting and been part of updating crucial artifacts like deployment document and deploying builds / patches in QA environment.

- The ALIP platform leverages two industrialized testing tools-the Product Testing Workbench [PTW] and Product Value Debugger-which enable configuration and testing within the same environment and can reduce testing times by up to 50 percent.
- As part of automating regression testing for PTW I scripted a few test cases in QTP using the Data driven framework , was part of Script Maintenance and updating and touched upon a few areas of Functional testing while scripting.
