  • Collaborated with Subject Matter Experts to tailor and launch eLearning modules (eg. Working at Height, Sexual Harassment at Work, Effective Handling Complaints, Introduction to Damp and Mould, Personal Safety, Unconscious Bias, Domestic Abuse Awareness)
  • Introduced a new process to assign eLearning by creating one audience per job role (360 in total) to ensure each staff member receives a tailored suite of eLearning modules relevant to their job roles.

  • Collaborated with Barnet Council L&D and OD team to successfully roll out the Oliver McGowan - Autism Awareness mandatory training for the 500 Care and Support Staff.
