Responsibilities:

• Final inspection of the building, rooms, and public areas
• Check all MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting)
• Testing & commissioning of equipment and machines.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors
• Ensure all furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) are installed
• Set up guest rooms (beds, lights, AC, TV, minibar, curtains, etc.)
• Prepare SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all departments
• Staff training (service, safety, emergency procedures)
• Fire & safety inspections and drills
• Fix snags and defects before opening

• Monitoring the operations and maintenance of VRF systems, AHUs, and Chillers.
• An inventory of new and used spare parts for the HVAC system.
• Looking at plumbing, electrical work, and STP operation during the shift.
• Analysis of water treatments and control PH, TDS, and chlorine in the swimming pool during operation
• Attend to guest complaints, maintenance of kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and make a record daily
• Excellent knowledge and experience in gas detectors, FM-200, and firefighting.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of DG operation and fire pump.
• Used troubleshooting in the HVAC system, diagnosed, and repaired equipment

• Monitoring of direct fire absorption chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Centrifugal pumps (single stage and multistage), softener, hot water tank conductivity meter, feed water tank, and cooling tower.
• Supervision of annual maintenance of the cooling tower, valves such as gate valves, butterfly valves, globe valves, and so on.
• Collaborate with the iceberg company team during annual maintenance of the direct fire absorption chiller.
• Collaborate with the Mechanic company team on the installation of shell and tube type heat Exchanger.
• Used troubleshooting methods on the HVAC system to diagnose and to repair on a daily
• Installed and repaired industrial HVAC equipment for a variety of domestic customers, equipment includes split systems, Package types and exhaust fans.
• Maintained a safe working environment with HVAC guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, site-specific safety standards and procedures per service location.
• Collaborated with contractor representative supervisor, co-worker, and sub-contractor on job site to streamline operations.
• Installed, maintained, and repaired HVAC systems,

• Maintain records, Heatinng,ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system
• Inspecting mechanical equipment ona daily basis.
