I am extremely driven in any role I take. My main goal is to improve the performance of the site I am located at. My current ideal is to work in the bar/restaurant/events industry as I know every company runs differently and I want to use that as a learning experience to improve my current skills. My end goal is to become a General Manager.
I started this job as Duty Manager with my responsibility's being the basic for a management role however after two months I quickly proved my want to both learn and progress in this role. My official title is now Assistant General Manager however this title does not limit my willingness and engagement in roles outside of this.

I started this role with no previous experience however my eagerness to learn and succeed aloud me to become a staff trainer/supervisor once I had passed my probationary period.
