I have been caring for my grandparents since 2020, this included cooking, cleaning, house maintainance, shopping and gardening.

• As a Jewson’s employee, my role was to drive a 26T crane lorry, delivering building materials to various sites across Norfolk.
• As part of company policy, I was inducted on to a mandatory lorry mounted crane course which gave me an updated lorry mounted crane certificate that will expire in 2022.

• Aspray24 employed me as a Class 2 truck driver, my job was to deliver up to 40 drops a day of miscellaneous goods, mainly nuts and bolts some of which was palletised.
• I have had experience using vehicles with a tail lift, using straps, chains and curtains.

• TDR Heavy Haulage took me on as an apprentice on the 6th of July 2011, I passed my course which was 'Driving a goods vehicle' in early December 2011.
• My job at TDR was driving a 3.5ton pick-up, collecting and picking up mainly railway machine attachments to where they needed to be all over the country.
• If I was ever in the company yard, I would do any minor repairs that needed to be done on the trucks and trailers.
• I also second manned wide loads and helped the drivers load and unload machines and attachments.
• While at TDR I acquired my Class 2 (Category C) licence, plant loader and securer certificate, lorry mounted crane certificate and PTS Rail card.

• Volunteering at Wolverhampton Environment Centre where I was responsible for clearing and maintaining gardens and moving earth this also involved heavy lifting.
• Furthermore, I was taught the basics of bricklaying and built a wall.

• Work experience during school where I sorted and stripped different plastics ready for granulating.
• I also granulated plastic and bagged plastic ready for shipment.
