• Served as Downstream Lead for NPI projects, overseeing configuration of equipment modules, phases, and recipes for Buffer Prep, Buffer Hold, Caustic Dilution, Bioreactors, Chromatography, Column Packing, Ultrafiltration, Viral Filtration, and Purification Hold Vessel.
• Conducted FAT activities with customer for phase and EM testing, including error log resolution.
• Led commissioning activities for critical process units across upstream and downstream areas.
• Executed Automation Change Controls, supported PQ/OQ testing for MES recipes, and validated MES–DeltaV interface.
• Designed test scripts using HPALM tool and provided on-call production support.
