
I am a polite, friendly and professional person with a passion for providing high quality service. I have over 27 years of dealing with people at all levels. I am skilled in all aspects of communication. I am highly organised and able to prioritise effectively, and am able to manage both reactive and proactive work related tasks. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and am able and willing to learn new systems quickly.
In my current role I am responsible for confidently communicating and working closely with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. I complete daily a range of administrative duties including processing returned post, responding to emails and ensuring the security protocols are followed by visitors. I work independently as well as supporting the wider Member and Customer Engagement team. I believe I would be a great asset as the Facilities and Workplace Coordinator.
