• My Role within Slimming World changed slightly in 2011 when the Team Manager role was made a self employed position. I then launched groups of my own in Netherfield Nottingham (375601 / 556927).
• I relaunched the evening group and opened the morning group as a new group.
• I now have 5 successful sessions that run all day on a Monday.
• Both of the groups have reached Silver, Ruby, sapphire & Diamond on numerous occasions.
• My New member weight losses are often over 4lb average.
• Retention sits within 80-95% averagely.
• % of members losing 1lb or more is around 46-50%.
• Service to members scoring is 8+.
• I absolutely love being a consultant, there really is no better feeling that being part seeing someone change their life or save their life, the happiness and joy that brings not only to the member but all those around them is priceless.

• My career started with Slimming World as a Team manager. I was responsible for the quality and operation of North Nottingham and Mansfield's Slimming World groups.
• The team consists of 32 groups with self employed franchisee consultants.
• My main aim is to ensure the members are receiving a high quality service in their groups.
• I am also responsible for supporting the team to achieve their business goals and to also achieve and exceed my given team targets.
