As a Ops-serve User I have responsibilities for day to day Branch transactions, processing of customer critical service requests and cheque clearing of Hooghly zone branches. Following are the work I am responsible of-

• Coordinated day-to-day operations of the banking branch to maintain smooth functioning.
• Delivered high-quality customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Managed risk mitigation strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinated with other departments making customer support and servce smoother.
• Supported compliance with strict adherence to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti Money Laundering and OFAC regulations.
• Handling customer deliverables
• Processing of customers critical service request received at branch and REKYC.
• Additionally Continuous cheque clearing process and return marking.

• Assisted with day-to-day cash and cheque transactions related to customer payment and other operations pertaining to customer service, maintaing branch deliverables efficiently.
• Communicated regularly with clients to understand needs, evaluate current product use and cross-sell new products.
• Provided advice on different bank products and financial options.
• Educated customers on features and benefits of banking products and services.
