• To perform fundamental analysis and technical analysis of a company which belongs to Pharmacy Industry and should tell whether an investor should invest in the company or not.
• Economy, industry, and company analysis
• Provide BUY/SELL/HOLD recommendations.

· End-to-end Trade Settlement for stocks including common stock, redeemable and perpetual preferred stocks, bonds including Treasury bonds, Convertibles, callable bonds, Treasury Inflation protected securities (TIPS), CMO including Interest only (IOs) principal only (POs) PAC, TAC, Z tranches, MBS and Asset backed securities, Futures Options & Forwards.

· Worked on data gathering to facilitate US Tax forms such as 1099-Div, 1099-Others.

· Excellent exposure to financial products such as Fixed Income securities, Structured Products. Mortgage Securities (MBS & CMO), Mutual Funds, Corporate bonds.

· Identify OID Securities through IRS Publications 1212 to facilitate calculation for OID income, market discount, acquisition premiums adjusted cost basis and realized gains and losses.

· Team support Tickets to address client queries.

· Provide monthly cusip files to external clients for newly issued REMIC structured and pass-thru securities issued by three major WHMTs issuers, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Ginnie Mae.

· Provides a database of securities such as Prepaid forward contract, VRDI, CPDI etc that require special consideration in any tax information reporting system.

· Reviewed prospectuses and indentures posted on SEC EDGAR to determine the federal tax ramifications based on cash flows, payment frequencies, distribution types, and redemption options.

· Corporate actions settlement, including spin-offs, mergers, stock splits, exchanges, stock dividends, Tender Offers through Bloomberg terminal.
