Affiliations

  • I am an Artist, focusing my practice on environmental and horticultural land art as well as textile sculptures and wearable art inspired by nature. I have completed projects that centre around women's safety in nature through film and Riso print zine. I am currently working on creating a free to use interactive map and supporting zine showing the publicly accessible fruit trees of Liverpool to tackle food poverty. My work has recently been featured on the cover of Earthbound Press’s poetry series. To view my work, my Instagram is https://www.instagram.com/susiesstockton
  • Previously under the Instagram and TikTok handle @imthemossman, I created content as a ‘fairycore/goblincore’ fashion influencer and have been a brand ambassador for companies such as Minga London and Taka Original. Layering outfits amassed from charity shop finds and brand collaborations I made regular videos and posts that inspired my followers who like me adored the creative freedom of combining second hand garments and statement accessories into outfits that made me feel confident and at times utterly magical. Due to focusing more on my loved ones, studies and art I have chosen to retire my account, but I am now looking to positively channel my love for styling outfits into a career surrounded by fashion.
  • Wildlife and birdwatching are another area of interest for me, as an RSPB member and volunteer, I take regular walks around reserves and have amassed a real skill for bird, insect, and plant identification. On mild, dry evenings, I like to get out my Moth trap and record various species of moth. I am a regular hiker and enjoy weekends away in the Lake District and Wales going up hills and mountains with my partner.
