My tasks were ,personal care, fluid intake, repositioning. Medication.Documenting and reporting back to manager any concerns that I have. Emotional support.

NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and NVQ level 2 in Dementia.

Worked for RCT for 22 years as a double handler. Last 18 years I worked nights . Toileting service users throughout the night in the RCT area, repositioning, end of life, palliative care. Medication.

Documenting accurate records in service users care plans. Reporting concerns to my supervisor.

Worked on production side of factory .

I watched and looked after machines making slider of a zip . Making sure it ran to its best.
