• For my current role as a rota coordinator for the NHS, I work in collaboration with both administrative and clinical staff to develop detailed and accurate rotas, this is ensure there are no gaps of staff required in order to provide a safe service for patients
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required whilst using my own initiative and time management to prioritise my daily work load.
• I complete with accurate detail, Finance forms and a computer system to correspond with each shift to be covered.
