I started my role at St Joseph’s Hospital on the Main Reception and have also undertaken a role as an Outpatient Adviser and then as an Inpatient Adviser.

In my current role as Theatre Assistant I work behind the scenes to prepare for theatre sessions and also open items for our Scrub Nurses and Consultants and register all patient administration on the computer in theatre.
Responsible for:
.All aspects of management of the Petrol Station including fuel stock and purchases.
.Accounts administration including maintenance of the main book of account and bank statements for all elements of the business.
.Co-ordination of leasing arrangements , incorporating payment reconciliation to bank statements and maintaining internal records.
Responsible for:
. Managing and overseeing the obligations of the day to day running of the Post Office.
.Accurate and efficient managing of all financial aspects including till and cash reconciliation and stock management.
. Ensuring all staff are trained to current regulations and standards.
Responsible for:
.Accurate input of all data entries from counter transactions and customer query resolution.
.Setting up and administration of Standing Orders.
.Efficient cashier activities and utilising excellent customer service skills.
. Financial product promotion and selling as appropriate.
