• Support the International Nurse Education Lead in developing and delivering a programme to enable international nurses to pass the TOC and excel within clinical practice.
• In partnership with Learning and development, Clinical Education Department and the relevant Service Line (SL) clinical and practice educators, to develop and deliver an international nurse programme that embeds the right skills, behaviours and offers the appropriate supervision and training, to support the delivery of excellent healthcare and health improvement in line with service strategy.
• Evaluate clinical outcomes and reports variance to clinical pathway, protocols, or best practice guidelines.
• Identifies when a vulnerable adult may be at risk and knows how to refer to the local authority adult safeguarding service.
