  • Manage a caseload of Young People, devising, implementing, and reviewing on-going recovery plans and treatment. Including complex caseloads managing risks such as safeguarding, criminal justice involvement and mental health.
  • Ensure risk management and safeguarding is at the heart of all work undertaken with the young people and their families and work to minimise those risks through continuous monitoring and assessment
