Demonstrable experience in young people's services offering 20 years of years of professional experience in substance misuse, social care, criminal justice, mental health and statutory services settings. Offering a comprehensive background in handling complex cases, as well as strong interpersonal, organisational and computer skills.
Extensive experience in building relationships and using these strong foundations to drive positive, and sustainable changes.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
Collaborates professionally across various multi disciplines to form and and maintain strong partnerships.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and drive a team.
To provide specialist drug and alcohol treatment and support for young people age 10-18.
Deliver one to one and structured group work incorporating specialist interventions enabling young people to make informed choices and build resilience to substance use.
Deliver group work in schools and community settings focussing on risk taking behaviours and substance use.
Work creatively with a diverse range of young people with varied behaviours and learning styles and will be connecting with hard to reach adolescents through adaptable and enthusiastic delivery of our evidenced based programmes.

along with maintaining a high level of care for their physical and emotional needs.
Ensure all work is in accordance with the guidelines and relevant legislation.

Help the young people establish self-control and appropriate reactions
by being a positive role model for them enabling them to learn via learned behaviour, plus challenge unacceptable behaviour and reward the positive.
Make sure care plans are followed and make appropriate amendments as and when required to reflect their changing needs
