● Analyze Sale, Growth and Wastage and reports to concerned Buyers and Managers.

● Make Month to Month and Year to Year comparison report using BI.

● Monitor inventory transactions at shop to assess receiving, storage and shipping.

● Responsible for POS updates via SAP including price changes.

● Update system stock with physical stock after the confirmation of audit and accounts.

• Providing technical assistance to users experiencing issues with software, hardware, or network problems.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, often remotely, via phone, or in person.
• Installing, configuring, and setting up new hardware and software, including computers, printers, routers, and other IT equipment.
• Regularly monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure they operate efficiently.
• Ensuring that software and operating systems are up to date, applying patches and updates as needed.
