

Reliable and hard-working hospitality worker with professional kitchen experience in a busy seaside hotel environment. I worked full-time as a commis chef at the Sandbanks Hotel during the summer season, gaining experience across multiple sections including pizza service, starters, desserts and breakfast. I am confident working in fast-paced environments, supporting chefs during busy service and maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene. After finishing school, I spent several months travelling independently, which helped develop my confidence, adaptability and communication skills.
