Summary

I have a wide range of skills, knowledge and experience gained throughout my 34 years of service within the MPS. I have performed in a number of varied roles, mostly with high levels of responsibility. I am highly motivated and resourceful in my approach, with the ability to deliver on set objectives and tasks, often with tight timescales.


Having worked in numerous roles, I have a positive approach to change and the opportunities they present. I have often applied critical thinking principles in my approach to work processes and procedures, delivering improvements and efficiencies in working practices.


I have experience directly engaging with all levels of the MPS, from the recruitment and developing the role of front counter staff, briefing BOCU Commanders to liaising with Management Board members on relevant meetings.
