In my previous role, I provided individualised support to children and young people with additional needs, including those with sensory sensitivities, anxiety, and complex medical conditions. This has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively with families, assess their needs, and provide emotional and practical support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
