Drive significant challenges of transitioning on-premises DDI to cloud-based solutions including installation of infoblox nodes on Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure and automation of their build configuration with Terraform.

Key Achievements:

• Conceptualize Azure hybrid Domain Name System (H-DNS) system, Pin traffic to its own Data Center to stop communications between Data Centers.
• Testing WONS (Walmart Open Source Name Servers) project on private cloud to replace store secondaries and reduce Infoblox footprint.
• Attained recognition for controlling 25000 Walmart Store and distribution center DNS servers and 600 Infoblox DNS servers that form 75 Grids.
• Conduct capacity assessment and tech refresh of Infoblox Grids at major Data centers. Apply changes to store chain via Ansible & concord
• Streamlined migration of CENTOS/SUSE based DNS/DHCP to RHEL.
• Reduced manual-repetitive tasks by producing Python scripts by Rest API.
• Decreased DDI footprint and replaced store secondaries leading operational activities of opensource DNS server project within constraints.

Implemented Network Access Control to enable 802.1X in order to prevent access from unapproved individuals and devices. Facilitated information security team in assessing any suspicious transaction of possible spoofing. Dealt with full upgrade process across SCB estate with prior tests in lab environment. In-depth knowledge of log analysis and Wireshark captures.

• High-end technical assistance provided for designing and expanding firm network and for configuring number of access rules on regular basis to support network functioning.
• Setting up and debugging EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP routing protocols.Creating and troubleshooting switch port security, VLANs, HSRP, VRRP, VTP, STP, PVSTP, and other protocols.

Created TID (technical Implementation documents) and ensured switch port configurations. Introduced effective utilization of Infoblox csv import tool for improved productivity and mass updates.

• Completed Infoblox – GRID upgrade from older to higher version with 80+ GRID Member and HA-GRID Master.
• Installed new Infoblox devices in SCB data centres in 60+ countries & refresh of TE-1050 devices to TE-1410.
• Aligned and monitored migration process of core DNS, DHCP services from Microsoft to Infoblox.
• Credited for executing and configuring as well as troubleshooting of Infoblox DDI – DHCP, DNS, and IPAM.
