- Assist clients with personal care, such as washing, showering, dressing, oral hygiene, shaving, hair washing, and emptying bins
- Help with meals preparation
- Assist with using the toilet, empty and clean commode
- Assist client to fix conveen catheter (external urinary catheter), empty and close urine bag
- Reminder, administering medication and filing of MAR accordingly.
- Administering, and/ or supporting patients with patches
- Assist clients to collect prescribed medications from the pharmacy
- Assist client with shopping, and keep record of amount given, amount spent and change return
- Assist clients with basic domestic activities, such as laundry, cleaning and tidying, watering plants.
- Engage client in conversation and activities of his choices.
- Transfer clients in and out of bed using hoist or Sara stedy equipment.
- Recording of tasks perform in the daily log book.
- Monitoring health and wellbeing of clients
- Maintaining records and reporting any concern, among others
