Primary Responsibilities

• Performing risk-based audits, start to finish, ensuring efficient and effective controls are in place to meet objectives, recommend solutions, agree action plans with management and performing follow-ups.

• Run the internal audit function as a one-man band.
• Review risk register, annual internal audit plan and standard operating procedures with management and update as necessary to ensure they remain valid and appropriate.
• Conduct audit of departments / areas and determine the scope of investigation required.

• Examine employees and directors expenses and confer with company officials about compliance with company procedures, rules and regulations.

YAW DANKWA & CO is a medium-sized professional services company and auditors. The Firm has three main service lines: Assurance Services, Tax Advisory, and Consulting (mainly consulting activities that cover Strategy, Performance Improvement, etc)
