Teamwork has been a fundamental skill in my previous and current roles, It is a very enjoyable part of my job. I utilise my communication skills with the children, their parents/care givers and colleagues at my current role at go kids. I use leadership skills such as, supporting others when needed and also take on any advice or help when given by a senior colleague. I am organised, whether this is planning activities or managing time effectively, which is crucial for maintaining a structured environment. I work with children from a variety of different backgrounds, I believe I am patient and empathetic when working with children which is necessary so I can help understand and support their needs. I have a responsibility to create a safe environment for the children and i ensure i maintain this to a high standard. I am always keen to develop my skill set to suit a role as I love to help others and make people smile.
