Provide care for 2 children aged 6 and 3, whilst ensuring their safety and well-being.

• My role includes managing daily routines including school pickups and meal times.
• Deliver full-time care during half-term and school holidays, organising fun and educational activities

• Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to minimize indiscipline and guide children in attaining positive behaviour.
• Organise and clean the house after activities by picking up toys.

Provided after school care for a 7-year-old child, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.

As a Room Leader in the baby room [10-18 months], I lead and supported a team of 3 staff members, 2 being apprentices and ensured a high standard of care in line with the nursery's policies and EYFS guidelines.

• Oversaw the daily care and development of young children in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Planned and implemented age-appropriate activities the supported their physical, emotional, and cognitive growth while ensuring routines such as feeding, naps and personal care were followed.
• Ensured the effective implementation of key person procedures within my room and was a key person to a small group of children.
• Assisted in maintaining the nursery buildings resources and equipment to a high standard.
• Attended staff meetings, training sessions and parent meetings to support nursery development.
