Summer Hart-Smith

I am due to complete my Supply Chain Planning apprenticeship in Autumn. It is based at a global pharmaceutical company. I support; demand forecasting, inventory management and coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

I have worked twice as a host for week long sailing holidays, responsible for welcoming guests, provisioning, preparing and serving half-board meals. I maintained a high standard of cleanliness and comfort on board, while collaborating closely with the skipper to support smooth day-to-day operations.

Greeted and seated guests. Making certain a well organised and high quality service was given. In addition, I upheld a high standard of cleanliness in all work areas complying with health and safety regulations. As well as arranging alternative preferences for guests with food allergies through careful collaboration with kitchen staff. I made sure my customer service was exceptionally good, ensuring customers were very satisfied with their experience.
