- I started off at the age of 13 as a glass collector and general front of house clearer.
- I was responsible for keeping the bar, the front of house and the outside decking areas clean and tidy, whilst ensuring all customers queries and questions were answered with a positive outcome.
- I quickly progressed to becoming a waitress and then supervisor in a demanding environment, where my roles and duties were more challenging and critical in completing the demands of the kitchen whilst always putting the customers needs first.
