Description :
VFZNL provides TV, Internet, telephone, and OTT services to customers across the Netherlands. We are developing new policies as per NL law, and providing new offers & discounts as per requirements. sending the invoices, collecting the invoice's amount, managing the accounts, assigning them to collections, providing the services to customer locations, and resolving customer complaints.

ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve product quality.
• Handled production defects and validated expected results according to business requirements.
• Providing the Demos to UAT & responsible stakeholders about the Test Cases & bugs which we faced while testing the Features & gathering feedback and ensuring alignment with business expectations.
• Gained a good level of domain knowledge on Vodafone Ziggo Products/flows.
• Involved in Version Upgrade & Deployment in Test env.
• Supported pre and Post-production sanity testing every BSS release and weekly releases.
• Experienced in running the EOC and Rating and Validating the Bills.
• 3 months of experience in using in-house automation tool – Ginger, Jenkins, and RBA.
