• LTA CRM & Customer Engagement
• Role: Managing ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) operations which have been implemented with the Salesforce Service cloud while driving continuous enhancements in each sprint as part of a five-member team
• My responsibilities include data modeling, solution definition, and mentoring team members on the latest Salesforce features which includes Apex, LWC, AURA, Flows, Case Management
• Additionally, I contribute to the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, covering key functionalities such as Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Audience Builder, AMPscript, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) scripting

• Role: Serving as the Solution Architect for the LTA Tennis Foundation project, which launched in September 2024 and is built on Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud
• The implementation involves four key technical stacks: Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud (NPC), MuleSoft, .NET, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Modeling and Data Migration and Requirement Gathering
• As part of 'Tennis in Britain,' the organization processes donations from multiple third-party sources, including ticket purchases for major tennis events like Wimbledon and the Davis Cup
• The Non-Profit Cloud implementation includes mechanisms for lead generation (Web-to-Lead), lead conversion, donation processing, Gift Aid management, membership offerings, General Accounting Unit (GAU) allocations, and soft credit assignments
• FinDock is integrated as the payment management partner

• Key Implementations: Client 360 View: Configured Financial Account, Goal, and Relationship objects to provide advisors with a comprehensive client view
• Advisory Workflow Automation: Utilized Salesforce Flow to automate key processes such as client onboarding, risk profiling, and periodic financial reviews
