An engaging, driven and resilient teacher as a result of being immersed in the world of education for nearly eight years, working as an unqualified teacher, as an LSA, as part of my ITT, and as a qualified teacher of English. Throughout, these multifaceted and dynamic years, I have learnt that progression equates to evaluating through reflection, revisiting, and being open to feedback and constructive criticism so that we can learn and move forward. I believe I will be a great asset to your department because I have learnt that a strong curriculum should be dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive.
