• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for smooth startup & shutdown of unit (Boiler/Turbine & other auxiliaries) wheneverrequired & for giving proper instructions & guidance to subordinates of various areas such as Boiler, TG ,WTP & CHP for their efficient work for panel operations & site operations during normal running & plantemergency conditions
• To prepare the plant performance report for the shift during the shift operation
• Entery of power Generation consumption ,export power etc. Noted in SAP 750
• Responsible for schedule trails & routine changeover of equipment at all locations is being done
• Issuance of all work permits for all maintenance activities for safe maintenance
• Maintain house keeping of all plant areas

• I have been entrusted the responsibility to handle operation of 12 MW thermal captive power plant and equipments being used for plant operation as listed below

• Having a good experience with safe, efficient and reliable operation of BOILER light up& turbine start up and shut down as well as in emergency
• Maintain log of the major activities like event, incident, tripping, abnormal occurrences etc.

• Working pressure and temperature:- 64 kg/cm2 & 485 ±5 Ctph &10×2 tph WHRB, I have been worked with “MONO STEEL (INDIA) LTD” located in Kutch, 12MW Thermal captive powerplant as a ‘boiler &turbine DCS engineer from
