Delivered one-to-one English tuition to approximately 30 secondary and A-Level students, tailoring lessons to individual learning needs and supporting exam preparation. Regularly tracked progress and adapted teaching strategies based on performance data and feedback. Supported significant grade improvements, with multiple students progressing from grade 3 to grade 6 at GCSE level, and A-Level students improving from C grades to high B and A grades. Developed students’ confidence in reading, writing, and critical analysis through targeted, structured support.

Supported consulting projects across education and public services, combining research, stakeholder engagement and data analysis to help teams tackle complex challenges. Regularly translated detailed findings into clear outputs for different audiences, contributed ideas around AI and innovation, and delivered Power BI training sessions to colleagues.

Conducted legal research and analysed medical negligence case documents, identifying key legal and factual issues from large volumes of information. Collaborated with legal teams on case discussions and presented findings as part of a group presentation, strengthening my problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills.

Invited to present research on access to the legal profession at a panel event hosted at Clifford Chance, speaking to an audience of students, legal professionals and law firms. Communicated complex findings clearly, responded to live audience questions and engaged in discussions on inclusion and career development, strengthening my presentation, communication and professional networking skills.

Supported students and parents throughout a busy enrolment period, processing over 200 applications while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Resolved queries, communicated complex requirements clearly and identified process improvements that enhanced the efficiency and reliability of admissions data.
