Hi! My name is Subin Thomas. I'm from Downpatrick Co.Down. As a single father of two young boys so I am devoted to making sure I can provide for my family and be the best dad I can be.
I look at myself as a hardworking and trustworthy individual. I have good time management skills, very good experience in the customer service sector, money handling and financial side of my workplace. I improved on these skills through my employment experience. I also have a lot of experience in training staff and completing the paperwork to go with this training. Experience with customer complains or issues and solving them in a good and timely manner making sure the customer is always happy and looked after. I was given the OTP as my secondary responsibility to ensure all software and hardware included are maintained and if any issue to be solved quickly.
I have First aid training as it is crucial to look after my customers and all my crew.

When I was at Downpatrick college, I was picked by them to run Down FM, 1 hour, every week for 4 weeks. This involved me talking to a wide audience of people, take requests, read emails/texts out and also control the circuit board all while live on air.
I played Cricket for Downpatrick Cricket Club from 2007 – 2010. During my time I played for the junior team before being placed on the senior team. I was then representing Downpatrick Cricket Club once i got into there senior team. I was also picked to represent for the Northern Union Cricket Club which representing Northern Ireland and played against different team across the UK.
At my correct work I have been Awarded Employee of the Quarter as a Shift Manager multiple times.
