I have run my own property maintenance business since 2002 but I am looking for a new challenge., I have a wide range of experience dealing with both the end users like Local Authorities and MOD, schools and universities, garrisons and married quarters, working together with the tenants, clients, contractors, employed staff, Health and Safety Executive and with private clients. Also negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors to achieve the best prices and to keep within budget. I have been responsible for setting and the implementation of working budgets, together with all costs and all aspects of project managing. I am an experienced salesman as I have various sales courses and vast experience in building up businesses and relationships with clients. I have been in the working with larger clients like Mark and Spencer, Primark, Debenhams, and MITIE who require a high level of service and are very demanding., In my spare time I have set up and run my local football team, with which I am the secretary, treasurer, manager and player for the last twenty years. I also sat on the League committee for ten years, up to 2009. I am also a member of a gym and play golf as often as I can.
