My team drives upsells and cross sells by demonstrating ROI to our customers and ensuring our platform is configured effectively to drive real results.


Alongside managing the team, I manage my own book of customer business.


£3.6million individual renewals and upsells in 2023.

I joined as a strategy consultant working with major UK businesses to drive product adoption and renewals.


My role was to act as a product and digital marketing SME working with customers to ensure Radancy's talent acquisition cloud is configured to drive effective results.


I define KPIs, I demo products and I build strategic solutions which work from a commercial perspective for Radancy and deliver real ROI for our customers.


I drove £2million in renewals and upsells in year one and was promoted after one year in the role to lead the team.

  • I ran the UK analytics centre of excellence at Newscred. Responsible for building and defining measurement frameworks that allowed enterprise businesses to demonstrate ROI on their content marketing investment.
  • Drove renewals worth of £5m two successive years.
  • Built out a content marketing usage model to help track platform adoption.
  • Developed form scratch a customer facing reporting tool which allowed customers to access live adoption metrics
