Reporting to the General Manufacturing Manager, I was responsible for the management of warehouse operations in this lubricants manufacturer and distributor.

In this role I engaged with an initial team of 30 to bring efficiencies through training, process and mentoring. I was instrumental in implementing the manufacturing apprentice programme, successfully recruiting and mentoring two apprentices from GSCE to degree level.

In this time I was seconded to the project team delivering an ERP implementation that saw the delivery of a homogenised system (SAP4HANA) across multiple sites throughout Europe.
