- In this role I work with our partners, consisting of over 250 customers across central and local government, to provide more human-centred care by leveraging AI software.
- In my role as Manager, I have built a training and enablement team from the ground up, now having trained over 40,000 users how to efficiently use our software.
- As manager, I drive performance in my team by utilising data and customer insights to meet the needs of our customers across a suite of products.
- Our training team now has 10 enablement specialists across a series of verticals.

- I started my career with Archbishop Holgate's School as a Teacher of History
- By the end of my first year, I had received a promotion to be the Disadvantaged Student Lead for History where I oversaw the department achieving a +0.91 Disadvantaged Residual - far above the national average
- Following this, I was then promoted to be the Head of EPQ in June 2022, where I increased the department attainment headlines from 57.1% A+ grade achieved to 77.4% A+
- Our results for EPQ now place us in an estimated ALPs 3 position which is top 20% nationally which is extremely exciting as a state school with a cohort of 75 students taking the EPQ
- In addition to this, I was then subsequently made the Assistant Director of Sixth Form and Head of Year 13 in December 2022 where I took the Year 13 to their greatest set of results in the history of Sixth Form, with 54% of grades being A* to A/Distinction* to Distinction.
