Summary

Over 25 years in retail and eCommerce logistics, working with some of the UK's biggest brands including DHL, John Lewis, ASOS, FARFETCH, and Matches Fashion. I founded and sold wnDirect, scaling it to £120m turnover and becoming a global leader in cross-border eCommerce delivery. At Matches Fashion, I led the turnaround as COO, taking the business from loss to profit in 2023 with over £30m in savings. Today I'm CEO of DHL eCommerce UK, where I've delivered a full business turnaround that paved the way for a £3bn merger with Evri. Along the way, I've been proud to see my teams and businesses recognised — from ‘New Business of the Year' in 2013 to ‘Business Enabler of the Year' in 2016 at the National Business Awards.

I'm a hands-on leader who knows how to build businesses, inspire teams, and deliver results. My focus has always been on growth, transformation, and making the tough decisions that create long-term value. I bring deep experience in P&L ownership, M&A, and post-merger integration, alongside a proven record of commercial strategy and network optimisation. I've built and backed start-ups, pioneered digital and data-driven logistics, and led multi-billion corporate operations with equal energy. Above all, I believe in leading with integrity, trust, and tenacity — blending entrepreneurial drive with corporate discipline.
