Once the store was open, I was asked to create a back of house, standards and operations guide to be used by all stores (in preparation for stores opening around Europe), which has now been rolled out to all stores. I've been heavily involved in the regular launches and events that have been occurring, whilst dealing with any maintenance issues. I have worked in retail for 16 years and have been a shop floor manager, so I have a great understanding of all aspects of the business and how important it is that all departments work as a team.
