Dedicated and seasoned facilities management professional with an illustrious 19-year tenure at The Body Shop International, where I began my journey delivering facilities services such as mail management, porterage and building inspections, progressing to my recent role of Facilities Support Specialist supporting the management and relationship of an external Total Facilities Management company in a bustling London-based office. Throughout my career, I have honed a reputation for being organized, professional, and proactive, with a keen ability to solve problems efficiently. My hands-on experience of facilities management, coupled with my leadership skills, has enabled me to streamline operations, optimize resource utilization, and enhance service delivery standards. Ensuring the compliance and maintenance of site services by effectively supporting and coordinating with a third-party FM provider
Monitor and oversee the third-party FM provider ensuring adherence to SLAs for both hard and soft FM aspects
Single point of contact and management of issues raised regarding the FM services
Draft and publish communications to all building users on FM & Health, Safety & Wellbeing
Manage all finance related tasks, controlling spend within budget set, using SAP and ensuring invoices are processed in a timely manner
Lead investigations of any issues raised
Ensure the observance and application of the site EHS systems
Manage minor projects
Manage all enquires related to the office desk booking tool (Envoy).
