I work with prospects to define their Workforce Agility strategy to identify skills gaps, retain talent, and deliver personalised learning experiences using AI-powered analytics and automation

The key responsibilities of my role are focused on building, maintaining, and growing client relationships while driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.


  • Client Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify and research potential clients, initiate contact, and nuture them through entire sales lifecycle.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Currently responsible for the NNNB SMB team (position held since June 2024), Monitoring SMB sales team performance closely, providing constructive feedback when necessary.
  • Led sales team to exceed targets by implementing strategic sales plans and applying MEDDIC methodology.Position offering, conduct sales presentations, negotiate entire sales process, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage client accounts for first 12 month period after signature, update account information, resolve issues, and ensure smooth transactions and service delivery
  • Respond promptly to client interest, address concerns, and provide solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with marketing on targeted campaigns, customer support, product, and other departments to coordinate efforts, relay client feedback to maximise success in sales execution.
  • Monitor industry trends, analyse competitor activity, and use insights to develop effective sales and marketing strategies - including working with Fosway/Forrester/IDC/Gartner
  • Maintain and update a pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking progress and forecasting sales through Salesforce & Clari - ensure x4.5 Pipeline to meet & exceed annual targets
  • Prepare regular reports/QBR's on current opportunities, sales performance, and market trends for internal leadership.
