• Assess, Plan and complete electrical work 1st and 2nd fix for all ongoing projects.
• Diversify over a wide range of trades depending on the scope and specifications of each job.

• Tendering the cost, size and duration of projects in order to provide prospect customers with accurate and timely quotations
• Using knowledge and experience to make repairs over multiple disciplines ie
• Plumbing, electrical, joinery, plastering and roofing
• To maintain appropriate and accurate records of time, duration and scope of works undertaken, together with materials utilized on each project
• Carry out duties in a safe manner and comply with safety rule/regulations and codes of practice
• Sourcing necessary materials required ensuring effective completion of the works, minimizing waste and surplus materials wherever possible
• Provide out of hours emergency service.

• Tendering and Quoting for a range of domestic and commercial plastering and building work
• Planning and overseeing the successful completion of each job from start to finish, managing customer expectations at all times
• Solid plastering, reskims, drylining, Suspended walls and ceilings using MF systems and timber, general building work
• Repairs and restoration work on numerous projects.

• Responsible for the Maintenance of a portfolio of over 500 properties, managing a wide variety of stakeholder expectations, ensuring that Happy Homes provide a high level of customer service
• To carry out all aspects of property maintenance
• Accurately predicting the cost, size and duration of each project
• To ensure that all works are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with good practice and current legislation

• Completed 3 years of work based training, learning from time served tradesman and guided by college tutors
• Completed and passed city and guilds recognised industry standard qualifications
• Shadowed and assisted senior team members to observe established processes and best practices across a wide range of trades.
• Followed and helped enforce health and safety protocols for worker protections.
