Summary

I am a young, enthusiastic woman with a strong passion for sports and well-being. I currently play in a rounders league and occasionally play football, reflecting my active lifestyle and commitment to physical activity. As well as being an advocate for the benefits of staying active, I am equally dedicated to promoting positive mental health. I believe in supporting both the physical and emotional well-being of individuals and strive to bring this balance into everything I do. I have had experience within teaching children across all ages as well as teaching both theory and practical lessons, giving me the opportunity to use my holistic approach.
