My journey in the hospitality industry began as a part-time glass collector at the age of 16 while attending 6th form. I initially wanted to gain experience dealing with the public as I wanted to progress in my career & join the police force. It was here that I developed a passion for the industry. I was drawn to the fast pace, team work and dealing with guests. Now 30 years later I am a devoted General Manager with a proven track record of success.
